For over thirty years, Ronald T. Nagle has represented individuals, small and medium-sized businesses in a variety of civil litigation matters. He has represented individuals in wrongful termination cases and breach of employment contract cases. He has also litigated complex commercial cases regarding business disputes, intellectual property, copyrights and trademarks, and restrictive covenants. He has counseled clients on business matters to prevent potential disputes and to resolve actual disputes. His focus is to provide assertive, efficient and quality legal services to assist each client in solving their problems.

Bio

Ronald T. Nagle has an extensive employment and civil litigation practice representing both individuals and companies in complex business tort cases, intellectual property matters and employment litigation in both State and Federal Courts throughout the United States. He has extensive experience in reviewing Employment Contracts for executives and other high level individuals. Ronald T. Nagle has handled many restrictive covenant matters. He has substantial trial experience in both jury and non-jury cases and in arbitration matters as well.

The clients Ronald T. Nagle represents in connection with transactional and litigation matters are varied. He has rendered legal advice and represented clients in wrongful termination, hostile work environment and harassment claims.

Prior to establishing his own Firm, Ronald T. Nagle was with two large law firms and also served a clerkship with the Honorable Kenneth C. MacKenzie, Presiding Judge, Chancery Division, General Equity in Morristown, New Jersey. Ronald T. Nagle graduated in 1989 from Seton Hall Law School and received his J.D. magna cum laude. Prior to that he received his B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College.
